Are your color contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes, safety is our priority. All Dimple Color lenses are FDA-cleared and manufactured in ISO-certified facilities using high-quality, breathable materials to ensure comfort and eye health.
Do I need a prescription to order from Dimple Color?
While we offer 'plano' lenses for those who do not require vision correction, we strongly recommend having a valid contact lens prescription from an eye care professional to ensure the correct fit and base curve for your eyes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the medical nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed boxes within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or used.
How do I care for my reusable lenses?
Always wash your hands before handling lenses. Use only fresh multipurpose contact lens solution to clean and store them. Never use tap water or saliva, and replace your lens case every three months.
